This was the type of radio show that I needed.  Every New Year, I am so excited to get the year started off the right way.  I have so many different goals and ideas that I literally become overwhelmed with them.  I have so many areas in my life that I yearn for improvement.  Sometimes, I just don't know where to begin. So this show is for everyone who feels this way at the dawn of a New Year.  To help us with our diet and fitness goals is Jason Scrofani.  Jason is the owner of JDS Hometraining and Holistic Nutrition. With 14 years of  experience, Jason Scrofani offers diverse and highly effective holistic workout and nutrition programs for clients of any age, with any goals. Jason is is also certified in Functional Diagnostic Nutrition, where he identifies the underlying causes of illnesses through advanced testing. Along side Jason is Certified Life Coach Kristin Price.  Kristin is the founder of Mindful Order.  She shares her experience on how she quickly learned that going from the  consulting world in corporate America to being a full-time, stay at home  mom, that things can become overwhelming without being mindful and organized.  She put her professional training and mommy skills together to create Mindful Order.
